Description
The Peregrine is a mini-sized vegetable cleaver, carry-able, with crossover use as a general purpose EDC or small camp knife. Having a moderate blade and edge thickness with a semi-acute grind angle, the edge geometry yields good slicing performance yet has sufficient strength for general purpose use.
The high performing S35VN blade has a 1200 hand-satin finish on it. Lasered Granton features help with release during food prep. The handle scales have been sculpted from Maple Valley and Black Diamond Richlite. My ‘Bolster-Inlay Bullseye’ design incorporates black integral bolsters with a center bullseye inlay and contrasting fasteners. The Peregrine fits into a very unique slotted Kydex cleaver sheath with a FOMI belt clip mount. Serial Number K06002, this is a custom, hand-crafted knife. One available.
